BitGo Holdings' 10-K biography of Chen Fang, its Chief Revenue Officer since January 2025 and a board member since August 2022, lists a nearly two-year stint running information security at one of the company's regulated subsidiaries.

"From August 2022 to April 2024, he also served as Interim Chief Information Security Officer of BitGo New York Trust Company," the filing states.

The same biography traces the rest of Fang's path at the company: Chief Product Officer from February 2020 to August 2022, then Chief Operating Officer from August 2022 to March 2025 (overlapping his interim security role at the trust company), before moving to Chief Revenue Officer in January 2025. Before joining BitGo, Fang co-founded and was chief executive of Lumina from January 2018 to February 2020. The filing does not name who held the trust company's CISO seat before his interim appointment or after it ended in April 2024.
