Who is covering the CISO seat while it's vacant?

Between a CISO's departure and a permanent replacement, someone still has to run the security program. Some companies disclose exactly who, in an SEC filing — a 10-K's cybersecurity-governance section, a proxy statement's officer biography, or an annual report. This record collects those disclosures exactly as each filing states them, one company at a time, built as this site reads filings rather than pulled from a feed. It carries no view on why a seat became vacant or how long a search should take; a company naming an interim or acting CISO is a fact about the filing, not a mark on anyone named in it.
