Bumble's annual report for fiscal year 2025 names an engineering executive, not a dedicated security chief, as the company's acting CISO.

"Our VP of Engineering is our acting Chief Information Security Officer ('CISO') and, in coordination with our Chief Product and Technology Officer ('CPTO'), leads our cybersecurity program across the Company and oversees the ISMS," the filing states, adding that the CISO provides quarterly updates to the Audit and Risk Committee and an annual report to the full Board.
