IDEXX Laboratories: CIO Ken Grady is acting CISO during a search

IDEXX Laboratories' 10-K names its own Chief Information Officer as the executive filling the CISO seat while the company looks for a permanent hire.

"At this time, Mr. Grady is our acting CISO while we are conducting a search to hire a new CISO," the filing states, describing the information-security team's cybersecurity risk-management program as otherwise led by a CISO who reports to him.

Grady joined IDEXX as CIO in 2014 and, per the filing, has more than twenty years of experience leading information technology teams, including cybersecurity teams, at healthcare companies. The 10-K does not name who held the CISO role before the vacancy or say when the search concluded.
