Ralph Lauren's 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 2026 describes its security program as currently run by an interim CISO rather than a permanent one.

"Our cybersecurity program is currently led by our interim CISO while we search for a permanent replacement following the departure of our former CISO in Fiscal 2026," the filing states.

The filing describes the interim CISO as holding a master's degree in computer applications, a CISSP credential, and more than 30 years of experience across information security, IT, risk management and regulatory compliance, reporting directly to the company's CIO and leading a dedicated information-security and risk team. Ralph Lauren's 10-K does not name either the interim CISO or the former CISO whose departure created the vacancy.

See the interim and acting CISO record for other companies naming a temporary security leader in an SEC filing, with no comparison or ranking implied.
