Rithm Capital Corp.'s annual report for fiscal year 2024 states its cybersecurity program is led by an interim CISO as part of its broader enterprise risk management program.

"Our cybersecurity program, led by our interim Chief Information Security Officer ('CISO'), is part of our overall enterprise risk management program, along with other significant risks that we face," the filing states.

The same interim CISO covers at least one externally managed affiliate. Rithm Property Trust Inc. (formerly Great Ajax Corp.), which is managed by RCM GA Manager LLC, an affiliate of Rithm, carries the identical disclosure in its own 10-K for the same fiscal year: Neither filing names the interim CISO or says when the interim designation began.
