Udemy's 10-K discloses a recent CISO transition dated within weeks of the filing itself.

"In February 2026, our CISO separated from service and we appointed an interim CISO to undertake the responsibilities of the role," the filing states.

The filing separately describes the CISO who held the role during fiscal year 2025 as having more than 25 years of industry experience and holding CISSP, ISSMP and CISA credentials, plus an NACD CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University — without stating whether that is the same person who separated in February 2026. The filing states the CISO function reports to Udemy's CFO and CTO, and that the Audit Committee receives updates from the CISO at least twice a year. Udemy does not name either the departed CISO or the interim CISO who replaced them.
