Amy Bogac is the Chief Information Security Officer of Baker Tilly, appointed effective January 13, 2025. Career path

Bogac was a founding member of the IT Security Department at the Kellogg Company. She later served as Director of IT Security Operations for the Walgreen Company, a member of Walgreens Boots Alliance. She went on to lead the Global Information Security and Infrastructure department for CF Industries. She then became CISO and Vice President of Enterprise Security and Infrastructure at The Clorox Company. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, she served as CISO for Elevate Textiles, where she oversaw security for 86 companies across 106 sites with 15,000 employees. Her industry experience spans manufacturing, retail and consumer goods, where she has implemented security programs aligned with business objectives. Baker Tilly describes her as bringing more than 20 years of global information security experience, driving strategies and managing risks for multinational organizations.

Remit and expertise

At Baker Tilly, Bogac is described as a security and technology executive with experience building global IT security programs and developing direct reports into security leaders. Her background includes building National Institute of Standards and Technology-based security programs for global public companies operating under complex regulatory regimes, including SOX, HIPAA, HITECH, PCI DSS and HITRUST. She has expertise in incident response and recovery, particularly in ransomware attacks. She is an active mentor with Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), supporting the development of future IT and cybersecurity leaders.
