Jason Cradit is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of EverLine, appointed in July 2026.
Career path
Earlier in his career, Cradit held senior security and compliance roles at GeoEye, the geospatial intelligence contractor and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency partner, where he led security programs for classified data center operations supporting defense and intelligence customers.
He went on to co-found the energy software company Pivvot and led cybersecurity, compliance, and operational technology initiatives for infrastructure operators and service providers across North America.
Cradit also served as vice president of information technology at Commonwealth LNG, drawing on two decades of experience helping companies streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiencies through modern technologies as a software solutions leader, consultant, and operator.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Baker University, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Kansas, and an MBA from Rockhurst University, along with CISSP and CCSP certifications.
He serves on SecureWorld's Advisory Board, is a member of InfraGard's Energy Sector, and has appeared on the speaker roster for SecureWorld's conference in Kansas City, where his professional background was listed on the event agenda.
EverLine appointed him to lead the company's technology strategy and security programs as operators face increasing pressure to secure and modernize mission-critical systems.
Remit at EverLine
As CTO/CISO, Cradit oversees the security and compliance architecture for EverLine's 24/7 control room and managed services operations, including TSA Security Directive compliance programs for pipeline operators, NERC CIP programs for inverter-based resource operators, and the SP3 platform that supports PHMSA audit readiness and evidence management.
His remit sits inside EverLine's broader push into regulated grid operations, including the company's NERC TOP certification expanding its remote and security operations platform.
Describing the pressures facing operators, Cradit said, "It is maintaining continuous operational readiness in environments where regulations evolve, threats adapt, and there is little tolerance for disruption."
