In that role he managed a team of more than twenty-five security professionals and held responsibilities spanning the Security Operations Centre and incident response, as well as overseeing security operations, design and delivery and leading internal offensive security teams.
From Vodafone, he joined Kordia Group as Chief Information Security Officer in March 2023.

Kordia Group's Chief Digital Officer Aaron Olphert said Reedy's hands-on experience leading internal security teams and driving uplifts in similar business environments made him suited to the role, and described cyber security as a function that is also part of the portfolio Kordia offers its customers.
On joining, Reedy said, "Kordia has some brilliant people, and I'm looking forward to learning and working alongside them."
CSO Online's coverage of 2023 CISO appointments confirmed that Reedy's new responsibilities at the New Zealand technology services firm include taking charge of the group's internal cyber security posture and integrating best practices across the organization while leading its specialist security team.
