In the role, Varghese provides vision, leadership, oversight and management of the overall information and cybersecurity policies, procedures and practices of the bank and its subsidiaries.
He also advises the bank's Executive Leadership Team and staff on the administration of information security standards, and assists business units in developing plans to manage risk while understanding business objectives.
