Adam Dimopoulos

Adam Dimopoulos is the chief information security officer of Entrust, named to the post in May 2026.

Career path

Entrust credits him with more than twenty years leading global information security, identity and risk management programs across highly regulated enterprises.

Before joining Entrust, he was vice president of information security at the financial-services firm Synchrony, where he led enterprise-wide identity security and Zero Trust transformations.

Earlier in his career he held leadership and advisory roles at Microsoft and Gartner, partnering with organizations on security products, strategy and execution.

The Entrust seat

In the role, Entrust says he will focus on strengthening the company's security posture and resilience so customers can trust it to protect critical systems and data while it grows.

Dimopoulos described his background this way: "I've had the opportunity to see identity security from both sides—helping build products and platforms, as well as being accountable for the outcomes as a global security leader."

Entrust's chief operating officer, Anudeep Parhar, credited Dimopoulos's proven leadership in identity security and risk management with helping ensure customers can rely on Entrust to protect their most critical systems and data as their needs grow more complex.
