Fall built his cybersecurity career at Cleveland Clinic, where he held the roles of Deputy CISO and Executive Director of Cybersecurity.
He then moved to Duke Health, where he was selected as Chief Information Security Officer effective September 9, an appointment announced by Jeff Ferranti, MD, MS, senior vice president and chief digital officer for Duke University Health System.
Before joining Guthrie, Fall served as Chief Information Security Officer at Duke Health.
The Guthrie Clinic, a non-profit multispecialty health system headquartered in Sayre, Pennsylvania, named Fall its Chief Information Security Officer effective June 1, 2026, to lead the organization's enterprise-wide information security strategy.
