He served as Chief Information Security Officer for EagleView, the global leader in SaaS-delivered aerial imagery, for more than four years before joining Vensure.
In August 2026, Vensure Employer Solutions announced his appointment as Chief Information Security Officer, a role in which he leads cybersecurity strategy, governance, and enterprise risk management initiatives across Vensure Employer Solutions and its affiliated employer services brands.
Remit and operating approach
As CISO, Lockhart oversees efforts to strengthen Vensure's security capabilities while supporting the organization's continued growth across its global operations. His approach is built around a security operating model with four pillars: minimum viable security, security maturity, cyber-risk management, and external governance, principles intended to help the organization prioritize investments, navigate regulatory requirements, and build resilient, scalable security programs. Throughout his career he has guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions and advanced complex compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, while building enterprise security programs intended to enable growth and operational resilience.
