Suyesh Karki

Suyesh Karki is the Chief Information Security Officer of Aledade PBC, appointed in October 2026.

He leads the company's Security and IT organization.

He will guide security strategy for Aledade's growing AI and data analytics work, protecting health information for more than 3 million patients across the company's network of primary care organizations spanning 46 states and the District of Columbia.

Career path

Karki spent more than a decade atop Ernst & Young LLP's IT Advisory practice for the Utah region, advising healthcare and enterprise clients on data protection, including hands-on work with hospital electronic health record systems.

He went on to serve as Chief Information Security Officer at Domo, a cloud software company, where he led cloud security, risk, compliance and security operations with more than 15 years of cybersecurity risk leadership experience at the time.

At Domo he built the company's security controls catalog and data classification model, created its incident response procedures, launched an AI center of excellence and led Domo's HITRUST certification.

In January 2022, as CISO and VP of IT at Domo, Karki said his focus was closing visibility gaps across cloud applications, on-premises systems, networks and third-party providers.

Karki then became Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Information Security at BambooHR, leading teams across security operations, engineering and architecture and building programs covering threat detection and response, security operations center strategy and protections for AI-assisted software development.

He joined Aledade from BambooHR to take up the CISO role.

Public talks and board service

Karki has appeared as a speaker with The Official Cybersecurity Summit, where his listed role is CISO and VP of Info Sec at BambooHR and his profile addresses cloud security, risk management and AI deployment.

He has also served as chairman of the Ama Foundation, a nonprofit that supports a permanent-care home in Nepal.
