Career path
Before joining Cyberhaven, Sirohi built a career of more than two decades in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and data protection. He led security programs at People.ai, Guidewire, and Ross Stores, shaping technical strategies and adopting emerging technologies at each organization. At People.ai he held the title of Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer & Platform, serving as the company's Chief Information Security Officer. In that role he worked across technology, consulting, retail, and fintech environments, delivering security solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder settings. He joined Cyberhaven, which describes itself as the leader in AI-powered data security, to advance the company's mission of protecting organizational data through the era of AI-driven transformation. On his appointment, Sirohi said, "I'm thrilled to be joining this results-driven, solution-oriented team."
Remit and public engagements
At Cyberhaven, Sirohi's responsibilities sit alongside the company's push into multi-modal data lineage and AI security capabilities. He has appeared at the RSA Conference, where he was set to join a CISO panel and reception alongside Headspace CISO Jameeka Green Aaron, Greenlight CSO and CIO Prabhath Karanth, and Costanoa Ventures Partner John Cowgill to discuss the impact of visibility in data security. He was also scheduled to join Cyberhaven's session with MIT Technology Review, titled Securing Data in the Age of AI Agents, with MIT Technology Review's Brian Bryson on October 13, 2026, to discuss why data lineage is key to securing AI agents.
Education
Sirohi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and authored a published cybersecurity thesis there.
He is recognized for mentoring peers, students, and startups within the cybersecurity community.
