Remit at Fable Security

In the role, Berry supports customers addressing risky employee behavior and security habits, while also helping ensure Fable Security's own platform remains secure.
"Most initial access comes from employees with the best intent making mistakes, choices for convenience and speed, or misjudgment, not malicious actors," Berry said. He described secure behavior as both a psychological problem and a behavioral problem.
Fable Security's platform combines artificial intelligence and behavioral science to identify risky habits in real time and deliver targeted interventions meant to build stronger security habits at scale.
Fable Security CEO Nicole Jiang said Berry brings experience helping organizations solve complex security challenges and shares the company's view that secure behavior management is one of the most critical issues facing security teams.

Public talks

Berry has discussed the balance between security and business growth on an episode of a Silicon Valley security podcast, where he spoke about his path to leading security for a cloud data protection company and the complexities of managing security for cloud-based services. His SecureWorld profile notes that across his practitioner, leadership and go-to-market roles, he has focused on building security solutions that strengthen organizations without slowing them down.
